Holomark · account and data deletion
You can permanently delete your Holomark account and everything stored with it — you do not need the app installed.
Delete it here
Enter the email address on the account. We’ll send a confirmation link to prove it’s you, and deletion happens once you follow it. Nothing is deleted just by submitting this form.
Or from inside the app
- Open Holomark and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You will be signed out as soon as it completes.
Or by email
If the form above doesn’t work for you — no access to that inbox, for instance — email holomarkapp@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”, from the email address registered to the account so we can verify ownership. We will confirm once it is done, normally within a few days and always within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your entire collection, wantlist, and decks
- Your transaction ledger and purchase prices
- Photos you uploaded
- Your eBay connection and stored eBay tokens
- Your username and profile information
What is kept, and why
- Anonymous aggregated statistics.Figures such as “owned by 29% of collectors” are computed across all users and contain nothing that identifies you. These cannot be attributed back to you and are not removed.
- Routine backups, which are purged on their normal cycle within 30 days of deletion.
- Records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records needed for tax or accounting purposes.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a PRO subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by us, so you must cancel it separately in your Google Play account settings — otherwise it will keep renewing. Cancel first, then delete.
